Flip Switch Apparel does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product itself.
We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, we do not proof documents created by our customers prior to processing.
To report a defective product: Please email a photograph of the product defect.
What can be replaced or credited: Apparel with holes or other defects. Incorrect products (ex. ordered a tank top and received a t-shirt, ordered a small and received a large). Misprints that the customer and/or store owner are not at fault for (ex: wrong print on the wrong location or product)
What cannot be replaced or credited: No replacements or credits will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Cannot return or replace incorrectly ordered products or sizes.
Size Discrepancies: We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for issues with sizing unless the product was mislabeled. To determine if a product may have been mislabeled, please compare it's measurements to the size chart provided in the product description. If a product size was ordered by mistake, please contact the store owner to see if they would be capable of buying your product from you for their on-hand inventory.
Refunds: Defects/issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt of purchase to qualify for a refund.
Replacements or store credit: Defects/issues must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase to qualify for a replacement or store credit.
