RETURN POLICY

We pride ourselves on our product guarantee, we call it our “No Sweat Guarantee”. If there is a defect with any of our products, send it back! We are happy to accept returns for defective items for a refund and provide a pre-paid shipping label for orders placed through our website.


While we do not offer direct exchanges, we’d be happy to process a refund back to the original method of payment and you can place a new order whenever you're ready.

 

To report a defective product: Please email a photograph of the product defect to team@flipswitchapparel.com

 

What can be replaced or credited:  Apparel with holes or other defects. Incorrect products (ex. ordered a tank top and received a t-shirt, ordered a small and received a large).  Misprints that the customer and/or store owner are not at fault for (ex:  wrong print on the wrong location or product). Damaged products (hole in bag or defective tub lid).

 

What cannot be replaced or credited:  No replacements or credits will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase.  Cannot return or replace incorrectly ordered products or sizes.

 

Size Discrepancies:  We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for issues with sizing unless the product was mislabeled.  To determine if a product may have been mislabeled, please compare its measurements to the size chart provided in the product description.  If a product size was ordered by mistake, please contact the store owner to see if they would be capable of buying your product from you for their on-hand inventory.

 

Refunds: Defects/issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt of purchase to qualify for a refund.

 

Replacements or store credit: Defects/issues must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase to qualify for a replacement or store credit.
