We offer a done-for-you (DFY) solution for your online retail program. You're an expert in your business. But likely your business is not apparel design. That's why you've partnered with us. We're here to give you your time back to focus on your core business and your people while still offering premium, unique branded apparel and accessories.

 

We are experts in apparel design and production. We know what files will print well and which ones will not. We also know where and how to size your designs for maximum impact on your apparel. 

A DIY solution means if something goes wrong, you have to fix it. Our DFY solution means we handle design validation, formatting, production, shipping and customer service & returns for you. We pride ourselves on this solution and our product guarantee, we call it our “No Sweat Guarantee”. Learn more about it below:

Our No Sweat Guarantee

We're committed to offering quality products that over-perform in any environment. But we know that sometimes mistakes happen. If we've made an error with your product design, product printing or there's an issue with an item upon arrival, reach out to our team and we'll make it right, right away.

 

To report a defective product:

Please email a photograph of the product defect to Support@our-store.co

What can be replaced or credited:

Apparel with holes or other defects. Incorrect products (ex. ordered a tank top and received a t-shirt, ordered a small and received a large). Misprints that the customer and/or store owner are not at fault for (ex: wrong print on the wrong location or product). Damaged products (hole in bag or defective tub lid). Poor print quality (fuzzy, misalignment etc.)

What cannot be replaced or credited:

No replacements or credits will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Cannot return or replace incorrectly ordered products or sizes.

Size Discrepancies:

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for issues with sizing unless the product was mislabeled. To determine if a product may have been mislabeled, please compare its measurements to the size chart provided in the product description. If a product size was ordered by mistake, please contact the store owner to see if they would be capable of buying your product from you for their on-hand inventory.

Refunds:

Defects/issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt of purchase to qualify for a refund.

Replacements:

Defects/issues must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase to qualify for a replacement or store credit.
